About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to every quotation and sale made by Shandong Guozhao Import and Export Co., Ltd.. By browsing the catalogue or sending a request, you accept them.

Catalogue information

Product entries list the CAS number, molecular formula, standard purity, appearance, packaging and other technical data we work from. They describe the product we normally supply and are not a guarantee of a particular batch.

Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that the specification, grade and packaging meet your requirement, and that the product may lawfully be imported and used in your country.

Quotations and orders

Prices shown or sent on request are indicative until confirmed in a written offer, and may change with raw material prices, exchange rates and freight. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it.

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and, where agreed, receive the payment or deposit set out in the offer. We may decline an order for products that are restricted, out of stock or that we cannot lawfully supply to your destination.

Price, payment and shipment

Unless agreed otherwise, prices are quoted on FOB terms from the port of Qingdao, China, and do not include import duties, taxes or clearance costs at destination. Payment methods and lead times are the ones stated in your offer and on the shipping page.

Risk in the goods passes as defined by the Incoterm in the offer. Delivery dates we give are estimates based on our suppliers' schedules and vessel availability.

Compliance and correct use

The buyer is responsible for obtaining any import licence, permit or registration required in the destination country, and for using and reselling the product in accordance with local law. Research-grade and reference materials are supplied for laboratory or industrial use only and must not be used as medicines, food or cosmetics unless a product entry and the offer state otherwise.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match the specification confirmed in the offer. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, production stoppage or indirect loss.

Any damage, shortage or quality claim must be reported within the period stated in the offer, with photographs and inspection evidence where possible, so that it can be raised with the carrier or our supplier.

Governing law
